Oh my god! This stuff is AMAZING!

I’m not one to rave about health food trends, but this drink WILL change your life. I recently learned about skinny tea from a friend who said it would help with headaches. 5 minutes and a mug of skinny tea later, I realised she wasn’t lying. Skinny tea really is the next green tea–and the added health benefits are crazy. Low sugar, no fat, vegetarian-friendly, no carb, plus it tastes amazing. All you need are a couple of household staples and a mug. Drinking 7 mugs of skinny tea throughout the day will help you lose and keep off weight, detoxify, boost your immune system, reduce your risk of cancer and heart attacks, improve your complexion, and, to top it all off, it will increase your energy and alertness.

So, because I want to share skinny tea with EVERYONE, I’ll post a super-easy skinny tea recipe below. Once you go skinny tea, you never go back. Ever. Like, seriously. This stuff is amazing.


Skinny Tea

Makes 1 mug (two servings of skinny tea)

1- In a mug, add two cups of boiling water. Let sit until just hot enough to touch. Slowly swirl in 2 tbsp. of ice water. Refrigerate for 3-5 minutes, or until lukewarm. Reheat in a saucepan until simmering. Ladle into two mugs. Top off with fresh ice water and 2 ice cubes.
